We start with a consultation to identify your short term and long term goals. You receive a weekly training program uniquely tailored to your race goals, time commitment, and last week's training results. In addition to comments directly in your training log, we have weekly interaction and as needed. Before your race, we walk through nutrition, prep, expected and reach race times, and how to plan for a successful day.
One On One Sessions
Join me for an in person session to analyze your swim, bike, or run technique to make sure you're moving efficiently. Athletes of any age and experience level can benefit from these pointers. If you are in Sarasota/SW Florida, I am available for open water swims and to show you the beauty of the area through group rides.
Strength & Core
Strength is the cornerstone to your overall health, training, and success on the race course. The drills and lessons I use for my most elite athletes can apply to anyone, whether to supplement your training, come back from injury, or fight off age-related muscle breakdown. We can book a virtual or in person session.
A Bit About Me
Andrew Kalley, Your Multisport & Endurance Coach
I have been training athletes since 2004 and was a Master Trainer and Head Triathlon Coach in Chelsea Piers in New York City for over a decade. Triathlon has been my great passion for many years. I live, eat and breathe an active and healthy lifestyle and absolutely love helping my clients improve theirs. It's with great satisfaction that I have coached athletes to shorten their race times, progress to world championships in both Ironman and USAT racing, and make better choices each day. When we work together you will get the individualized guidance and accountability to exceed your potential.
