
The weeks are flying by and we will soon be in sunshine and laying on the sandy beaches of Miami. We are 3 weeks away from our first team race of the season. That means we only have 2 more hard weeks before we taper. Let's make the next two weeks really count. For those athletes that raced SoBe last year or before, it's good to review your times and think about where you can improve. Set new goals and use the next 3 weeks to visualize your goals. Sunscreen (this should be put on the morning of the race before you leave the hotel)
